Terms of Service

1. Parties and scope

These terms govern use of the website and platform services provided by T4F Spor Teknolojileri ve Yazılım A.Ş. at t4fsport.com. By using the service you accept these terms.

2. The service

TechForSport is a platform that produces sports performance analysis from camera footage using computer vision and AI. The service is offered on a subscription basis.

3. Account and security

• You must provide accurate, current information.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of footage and data you upload. You grant us only the limited processing rights needed to deliver the service.

You warrant that you have obtained the necessary permissions from individuals appearing in uploaded footage. Parental or guardian consent is required for minors.

5. Prohibited use

• Uploading content that infringes third-party rights
• Probing or attempting to bypass system security without written permission
• Reverse engineering the service or attempting to extract source code
• Reselling the service or exposing it to third parties without permission
• Generating excessive load with automated tools

6. Nature of AI output

Metrics, insights and recommendations produced by the platform are statistical estimates. They are not medical diagnosis, treatment or health advice.

No output, including injury risk indicators, replaces assessment by a physician or licensed health professional. Do not base athlete health decisions on these outputs.

7. Fees and payment

• Subscription fees are charged in advance at the amount and interval stated at purchase.
• Stated prices exclude VAT; the applicable rate is added at invoicing.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can turn off renewal at any time.
• No payment is taken and no card details are requested during the trial. We do not charge automatically when the trial ends; continuing requires your explicit confirmation.
• If a payment fails we notify you and allow 7 days. After that the account becomes read-only; your data is not deleted.
• We give at least 30 days notice before a price change takes effect. If you do not accept it you may leave at the end of the current period.

8. Withdrawal and refunds

Refund terms depend on whether you purchased as an individual or on behalf of an organization.

• As a consumer (individual athlete or coach): under Turkish distance selling regulations you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of the contract without giving a reason. Payment is refunded within 14 days of your notice. If you used the service during that period, a proportionate deduction may apply.
• On behalf of an organization (club, academy, federation): the right of withdrawal applies to consumer transactions and does not apply to business subscriptions. Prepaid periods are not refunded; the subscription remains usable until the end of the period.
• In both cases: if you experience a material outage attributable to us, we provide a proportionate refund or an extension of your subscription.

9. Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% availability. Planned maintenance is announced in advance. Service level commitments for enterprise customers are set out in the signed agreement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not cover liability arising from our wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or from mandatory consumer protection provisions.

11. Termination

You may end your subscription at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these terms. On termination we allow 30 days for you to export your data.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Düzce have jurisdiction.

Users purchasing as consumers may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court at their place of residence within the statutory monetary limits; this right is reserved.
